Her work includes instituting bankruptcy proceedings, either on behalf of creditors, claiming credit, bankruptcies and insolvency proceedings. Administrative and judicial proceedings in processes arising from infringements in general and environmental business activities.
She also participates in the insurance area, in administrative litigation representing numerous insurance companies in different policy areas (life, liability, traffic accidents, construction, etc.).
Among her clients are numerous companies in the construction sector, and she is actively involved in resolving all disputes that arise related to this activity in both public and private work. Due to its geographical location Belzuz is also part of the practice of implementing recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
