Ana Cordeiro Banha is a member of the corporate and commercial team. Ana works in different areas with a special emphasis on commercial and financial transactions, re-organizations and restructuring; cross-border transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions; Demergers; Due Diligence; Shareholders’ Agreements; Joint Ventures, Commercial agreements, with particular emphasis in Agency Agreements, Franchising Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Assignment Agreements and Transferring as a Going Concern, Technical assistance Agreements, Management Agreements, Asset Sale and Purchase Agreements, Supply Agreements and Services Agreements; Corporate Governance;

Finance: advises permanently both national and international companies and corporate groups with activity mainly in the banking (private banking, factoring, leasing, consumer credit, etc.) and insurance sectors (in different business areas).

Banking and Capital Markets: provides continuous support and counsel to international finance transactions, licensing of financial entities and products and collective investment mechanisms;

Information Technologies and Telecommunications: renders legal advice on law and regulatory aspects; market access restrictions, competition issues.
