Renato A. Landeira is a member of the Corporate and Commercial team and develops his activity in different areas, with special emphasis on Business Law, Data protection, Foreign Investment, International Trade, Energy and Entertainment Law.
An specialist in TICs Law, IP/IT, Telecommunications, Computer Crimes, Electronic Commerce, Honor Rights, Privacy and Image, and Media Law.
Renato has been legal advisor for Wholesale companies of petroleum products, Tax warehouses, Transportation, Gas stations, Hospitality, Media, Advertising, and has been part of the team of lawyers of Copyright Management Spanish entities.
He has been a legal advisor on foreign investment processes in Cuba, Russia, China, Iran, Algeria, Brazil, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates, among others.
He has taught IP/IT Law in the Master of International Law of the Higher Institute of Law and Economics ISDE (2014-2018) and Associate Professor of Media Law in the Faculties of Journalism and Audiovisual Communication of the Francisco de Vitoria University (2010 -2014).
He has given numerous national and international conferences and seminars on Foreign Investment, IP/IT and International Law.
Renato is author of more than a hundred articles, chapters and research books on his areas of legal activity.
