Ricardo has developed mostly in Commercial and Corporate Law, Labour Law and Civil Litigation, manly in the areas of Insurance and credit recovery.
In labour law, has provided advices in matters of negotiation of contracts, dismissals, human resources and most of employment related issues.
In litigation, has experience in several matters of insurance (life, liability, traffic accidents and labour accident), banking and labour (analysis of wrongful dismissals, collective dismissals).
