Carla Priegue joined the firm in 2018.

Has developed her activity in several areas of law, with special focus in Civil Litigation and Banking Law, and more recently, in Family Law and Family Company.

Civil Law and Civil Litigation: Advises on conflict resolutions that includes extrajudicial management, participating in the negotiation between the parts, as well monitoring and representation in court lawsuits in the different judicial instances.

In the context of Civil Litigation/banking litigation, the activity developed, focuses with more intensity on the following areas:

• Insolvency and corporate recovery, both in representation of creditors and in representation of debtors;

• Credit recovery with or without warranty (real and/or personal);

• Insurance activity in its several branches and products, intended for individual or companies (life, health, civil responsibility, car, among others).

Family Law and Family Company: Helps in the management of family disputes, through extrajudicial and judicial conflict resolution.

His activity in this area, essentially focuses on the intervention in divorce by mutual consent proceedings and divorce without the consent of the other spouse, regulation of parental responsibilities, benefit for children, advisory in wills, definition of property ownership, prenuptial agreements and asset sharing processes.
